Nigel has a fine collection of mostly rather quick aircraft that he chucks around the sky with effortless grace. He is also one of the team of members who maintains the strip, weeding and planting new flowers for display in the club house. (!)

Has frighteningly good lathe skills and can make just about anything in under three seconds.

In an act of unbridled vanity Nigel underwent laser eye surgery in late 2013. It’s taking a while for his “new” eyes to settle but he ultimately hopes that the operation will allow him to fly three or four models simultaneously.
