Andy is a great innovator and has created some wonderfully whacky designs. In his former position as Events & Social Secretary he came up with a number of ideas to entertain the troops at the field including: chuck glider contest, pylon racing competition, scale competitions, warbird fly-ins, heli fly-ins, glider contests. He also arranged coach trips to various flying events around the country.

Strictly a fixed-wing flyer and rather fond of the Cap models though also flies Tigersharks and a number of warbirds. Very knowledgeable about EDF models with large fans!
